Conditions for visiting as a retailer

Trademart is a place for professionals in retail. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our brands, we ask our visitors for information about their business in advance. In order to apply for admission, you must meet the following two conditions and be able to provide proof of this.
1. Business registration number
You must have an active and valid business registration number. Your registration with a business register must be complete.
In Belgium, this corresponds to registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.
Businesses from other countries are also welcome! We simply ask for proof of registration with the trade register of your country of origin or activity.
2. Visitor identification
We register you based on your company number, as this information is publicly available. At the reception desk, we’ll also ask for your ID to verify whether you are officially listed in your company’s statutes.
You can also download the MyTrademart app in advance. This app serves as your digital access key via a personal QR code displayed on the home screen. During the initial registration process in the app, you have the option to upload a photo of your ID card. This is not mandatory, and the photo will be permanently deleted once your registration has been processed.
Not officially registered in the company yourself? No problem. A written authorization from a registered person — submitted in advance or at the reception — is sufficient to grant you access to Trademart.
3. Your professional activity
Your business activity must match the product sectors offered at Trademart (fashion, home & living, baby & kids).
Not sure if you can access Trademart? Contact us to verify. We’ll gladly check if you qualify.
