Conditions for visiting as a retailer
Trademart is a place for professionals in retail. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our brands, we ask our visitors for information about their business in advance. In order to apply for an admission ticket, you must meet the following two conditions and be able to provide proof of this.
1. Business registration number
You must have an active and valid business registration number. Your registration with a business register must be complete.
In Belgium, this corresponds to registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.
Businesses from other countries are also welcome! We simply ask for proof of registration with the trade register of your country of origin or activity.
2. Visitor identification
Your registration is processed based on your business registration number, as this information is publicly accessible. That’s why we also ask you to present a valid ID at reception. This will be checked against the names listed in the company’s official records.
Not officially registered? No worries! A written authorization from a registered person (whether in advance or on-site) is enough to grant you access.
3. Your professional activity
Your business activity must match the product sectors offered at Trademart (fashion, home & living, baby & kids).
