Digital Access – FAQ
Trademart introduces a new digital access system that makes your visit easier and faster. Using the MyTrademart app, you can now arrange your access to the building and parking via a personal QR code.

Info for retailers
What is changing?
The physical Trademart access card is being phased out
Parking tokens no longer exist and are replaced by parking tickets
Parking subscriptions and building access are linked to the MyTrademart app
Payment terminals in the parking are being removed; payment takes place at the exit or via QR code on the back of the parking ticket

1. Customers with annual access to Trademart WITH parking subscription
Use the QR code in the MyTrademart app to enter both the parking lot and the building.
Open the app and log in
The QR code automatically appears on the home screen
Hold the code in front of the scanner at the barrier or entrance gates
Has your access expired? Then take a parking ticket and extend your access at the reception desk. They’ll assist you further.

2. Customers with annual access to Trademart WITHOUT parking subscription
Parking entry and exit:
Take a parking ticket when entering
Pay your ticket via the QR code on the back (with Payconiq)
Or pay on exit directly at the terminal at the barrier
Trademart building enter and -exit:
Open the app and log in
The QR code automatically appears on the home screen
Hold the code in front of the scanner at the entrance gate

3. Day visitors without annual access to Trademart
Take a parking ticket when entering
Pay €10 when exiting at the payment terminal at the barrier
Or pay in advance by scanning the QR code on the back of your parking ticket

4. Visitors with prepaid parking ticket
You have received a prepaid parking ticket from one of our partners.
Entering Parking: There is a QR code on this ticket. You can enter the parking by holding it in front of the QR reader.
Parking exit: scan again the QR code of the ticket at the reader, directly when exiting at the terminal.

Access (guest) exhibitors
Use the MyTrademart app as your digital access card

The QR code is automatically refreshed daily for optimal security

Access for suppliers
Fixed suppliers: enter via the QR code in the MyTrademart app.
Other suppliers: use the intercom – our security will grant access
I want to offer free parking to my clients – how do I do that?
Trademart exhibitors will find a feature in their MyTrademart mobile app that allows them to pay for their customers' parking tickets. This feature is only available to Trademart exhibitors. Just click on the parking ticket icon in your app and follow the instructions.

Practical information
No, the parking jetons are no longer available. There are no more ticket booths in our parking lots. When entering, take a ticket and pay at the deadline directly upon exit or scan the QR code on the back for prepayment via Payconiq.

Yes, you can invite a colleague to join you via MyTrademart. Go to your profile and click on “Share access”. Enter the details of the person you want to bring along and you're done!

They’ll receive their own QR code to access the building
Visitors without annual access can park as long as they wish
Cost: €10 per exit
• Parking: entrances and exits at P0 (frequent visitors only), P1 (via Atomiumlaan), P2 (via Madridlaan), and P3 (via Esplanade)
• Building: access gates at P0-P1 and P2 (use your QR code here)
Hold the QR code on your MyTrademart app’s home screen in front of the gate scanner
Make sure the code is clearly visible
If access is valid, the gates will open automatically
If the gates don’t open, your annual access may have expired. Please go to the reception – they’ll be happy to help you
Trademart customers with a parking subscription can enter using the QR code in the MyTrademart app – hold it in front of the scanner at the parking barrier
Trademart customers without a parking subscription or day visitors take a parking ticket and pay for it either directly at the parking exit or in advance online by scanning the QR code on the back of the parking ticket. Hold the QR code of your parking ticket in front of the reader at the exit to drive out.
