CABAIA is looking for a B2B sales representative for the Wallonia and Luxembourg region!

Your responsibilities:

As a member of the B2B team, you will be responsible for CABAIA's sales development in your sector.

  • You will expand the portfolio of existing customers and acquire new ones;

  • You will organize traveling showrooms to take pre-orders from customers in the sector;

  • You will manage customer relationships by regularly following up and organizing rounds to animate the network and provide five-star service;

  • You will set up a reporting system and monitor KPIs;

  • You will analyze sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

  • You will train and guide customers in their sales.

  • You will collaborate with the sales and back office teams.

Please note: the position is based in Brussels, but travel to the head office in Paris is also to be expected.

Your skills:

  • Data-driven: you know how to monitor the KPIs set by the team, prepare reports, and take action to improve them;

  • Independent: you are able to manage yourself remotely on a daily basis while maintaining complete control over your tasks;

  • Results-oriented: you are familiar with figures and results and do not shy away from the analyses requested by customers;

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: there is a lot to build and you know how to do so with enthusiasm and dynamism;

  • Communication: human relations hold no secrets for you. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and you know how to tackle daily problems by making the right decisions.

The desired profile:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the fashion, accessories, or leather goods industry;

  • You are thoroughly familiar with the geography of your region;

  • You excel at preparing traveling showrooms;

  • You enjoy fieldwork and are familiar with the challenges of wholesale;

  • You are familiar with ERP and CRM tools;

  • You are not afraid to travel: you have a driver's license B;

  • A plus: you speak Flemish fluently!
