BKF / Butterfly chair
The Butterfly chair, a true icon of design furniture, was invented in Argentina. It is the work of three architects: Bonet, Kurchan, and Ferrari Hardoy, who were trained in Le Corbusier’s studio in Paris. At the end of the 1930s, they sought to redefine design by combining elegance with clean, minimalist forms and beauty with natural simplicity.
