What we make you responsible for
We are looking for a Design & Social Media Specialist for our marketing team to take our visual identity and organic social media presence to the next level.
In this role, you will translate our brand story, propositions, and projects into strong, consistent visual and social content that appeals to business audiences, decision-makers, and relevant stakeholders. You will combine strong design skills with a strategic, structured approach to content and social media. You will monitor brand consistency across all channels, increase the quality of our content, and ensure that our social presence actively contributes to brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership.
You play a key role in how Trademart positions itself visually and in terms of content in the market.
You are part of the marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager.
Your responsibilities
Designing and monitoring Trademart's visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints.
Translating our positioning into strong, recognizable, and on-brand visual concepts and content
Developing visual and written content for branding, corporate communications, B2B campaigns, events, trade shows, activations, paid media, print, presentations, and building communications
Designing and delivering graphic assets for digital and print applications, with an eye for quality and consistency.
Creating, editing, and managing photo and video content for business-oriented social media channels.
Developing and maintaining a structured B2B content strategy and content calendar, tailored to commercial priorities and internal stakeholders such as sales
Managing our organic social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Planning, publishing, and optimizing content per channel, with clear KPIs around reach, engagement, and brand impact
Monitoring and analyzing content and social performance and translating this into concrete optimizations
Supporting and coordinating paid social campaigns in collaboration with external agencies
Building and activating digital communities for business target groups, customers, and partners
Developing and managing a B2B ambassador and influencer strategy, in collaboration with experts, partners, and customers
Who you are

You also have a strong interest in retail and:
You preferably have a degree in graphic design or a related marketing or communication field
You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and social media, ideally in a B2B context
You are proficient with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma
You understand how organic social media works and have experience with ambassador or influencer campaigns
You can translate complex B2B stories into clear, visually strong content
You work in a structured, proactive manner and take ownership
You communicate clearly and interact easily with different teams and stakeholders
