Our goal: To once again make Trademart the hotspot for furniture innovation and growth.

We aim to re-establish the furniture sector as a prominent feature within Trademart and foster growth within this new segment.

What do we want to do?

On top of our existing furniture segment (more than 500m²), we want to set up an additional 15,000 square meters on our D-floor exclusively for furniture brands. It will be a combination of large and small showrooms interconnected by two main axes. Common areas will be set up for shared use, such as a kitchen and meeting rooms.

Why? Synergy!

We are convinced of the added value of Trademart thanks to the synergy we can create between all segments. On our D-floor, we already accommodate more than 400 brands in segments such as kitchen, dining, decoration, in- and outdoor... and we firmly believe that the furniture sector should not be left out. Together with our cash & carry center home & living &go and our future project Interior Solutions, we can serve the entire market and put Brussels on the map as the place to be for the home & living industry.

1. Ready-to-use-spaces

We provide a fully ready-to-use space for your brand. We also include necessary technical installations such as ventilation, cooling, and distribution panels. Additionally, we will install new entrance facades. The space will be delivered in white with a concrete-look floor or a similar finish. The blue zone is specifically designated for furniture brands on the adjacent floor plan.

2. Dynamic collaboration

We will establish an exclusive exhibitors' council with seating reserved for a select group of furniture manufacturers. The purpose of this council is to carefuly select suppliers, coordinate strict access policies for the B2B furniture trade and our marketing activities, such as events, in consultation. Together, we aim for growth and success for your brand(s).

3. Marketing support

Reach more customers through Trademart's centralized marketing and business development efforts. In addition to always-on campaigns on Google Search and Display, we also provide communication through email, social media, online paid advertising, and trade magazines. Furthermore, specific marketing campaigns and newsletters per department will be deployed.
